Career Seer The Career Search Engine |
About News Partners |
Career Seer - a search engine for jobs.Career Seer is a career site that uses a career search engine to index job listings found on the web. This delivers more jobs to job seekers and more candidates to company career pages. Career Seer is free to search and free to be indexed. Free job seeker services include, advanced search, named (stored) searches with email delivery, a favourites list for postings and a resume database. Employer services include free listing and traffic statistics, job advertising options and access to the resume database. Career Seer uses a next generation semantic crawler to add as many jobs as it can find, to its database. This creates a larger job database than conventional career sites, allowing job seekers to find many more job postings with much less effort. For details on the Career Seer Search Engine, click here. Traditional career sites serve only companies willing to pay for career advertising. They then compete with each other to divide these postings between them. This leaves many career opportunities (more than 50%?) difficult to access on corporate websites. Even major career sites deliver less than 20% of the available jobs! Our Current Focus. As we launch this career site our focus is Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We are in the process of entering employer websites for this area as we test our search engine. The Canadian public may add employer websites from their region. For Career SeekersWe are looking for your participation in building our career database. We invite you to submit web address of companies that we should include. If you add your favorite companies, then the Career Seer search will include these in its search. This saves you from having to check company by company. For EmployersListing career or job postings on Career Seer is free and easy. You don't even have to sign-up. See our tips on writing a career listing and then submit the web address of the site. |
